When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred date, number of guests, the program you are interested in and your message. Our server also records your IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share through that channel.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, check availability and arrange your visit. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and kept only as long as needed to handle your booking and any follow-up questions.

Third parties

Enquiry emails are delivered through our email provider. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and links to WhatsApp and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
